50g Kokosöl, kalt gepresst (NARDIAS)
80g Zucker
1 Bio-Orange
1/2 TL Zimtpulver
1 Prise Salz
125g Kokosraspel
200g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
Kokosöl bei Raumtemperatur schaumig rühren, Zucker zufügen und kurz weiterrühren. Orangenschale dazureiben, den Saft auspressen. Restliche Zutaten mischen und beigeben. Soviel Orangensaft hinzufügen, bis ein kompakter Teig entsteht. Kugeln formen und diese ca. 1cm dick flach drücken.
Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech geben. In der unteren Ofenhälfte bei 180 Grad ca. 12 Minuten backen.
